The Anticoagulation Therapy Management Certification Program is an interactive continuing education program for health professionals who want to develop the knowledge and skill necessary for effective, coordinated anticoagulation therapy management.
Content is delivered through the internet online conferencing, email, video tapes, and textbook readings. Participants can complete this program in the convenience of their home or office.
The course is designed to be completed in six weeks and provide 40 continuing education credits.
The program has five modules. Each module includes reading assignments, study questions, case studies, and test questions. Learners interact with practitioners and faculty who are experts in the area of anticoagulation therapy. A comprehensive examination will be administered at the end of the six-week program.
